When someone scans your QR and reports an incident, they verify their number via OTP. The system then simultaneously calls the reporter and up to three of your emergency contacts. The first contact to answer is bridged into a live call with the reporter.

Yes. Emergency contacts are only activated after providing explicit consent. They can withdraw consent at any time from the WhatsApp bot or web interface.

Never. Phone numbers of both the registered user and their contacts are hidden from reporters at all times. All communication goes through our encrypted call bridge and temporary WhatsApp channel.

If no contact answers, they receive a notification of the incident and can access the call record and the follow-up WhatsApp channel to respond when available.

WhatsApp is used for consent verification and follow-up communication, but reporting can also happen through the web interface. Contacts do need WhatsApp for the consent workflow.

Yes. Calls may be recorded for safety and audit purposes. Recordings are securely retained and accessible only to your authorised emergency contacts.

Yes. The system supports international mobile numbers and roaming scenarios for both the QR owner and their contacts.
