How it started
In 2021, Joshua Dsouza came across a news report about a road accident in Delhi where emergency contacts couldn't be reached because the victim had no accessible identification. That delay struck a chord.
The question that followed was simple: what if anyone who found you in an emergency could reach your family — without needing to know your phone number, without an app, without any friction at all?
From that question, 1QR4.me was created: a patented, QR-based system that connects finders and responders to a person's emergency contacts through an automated call bridge, while keeping all personal data completely private.
Today, powered by Pointible Technologies Private Limited — a DPIIT recognised startup and Meta Verified Tech Provider — 1QR4.me has evolved into a platform serving individuals, families, vehicles, and enterprises across India and internationally.
